HR Cum Accountant

Company: Any Help Packers & Movers
Location: Trivandrum, Kerala *(Candidates must reside within a 15 km radius of the office)*
Job Type: Full-Time

Salary
- Freshers: ₹12,000 per month
- Experienced (1–3 Years): ₹20,000 per month *(Based on skills and experience)*

Qualification
- BA / BBA / MBA (HR)
- B.Com / M.Com
- Any equivalent Bachelor's Degree with HR or Accounting knowledge

Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR and Accounting is preferred.

Job ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and attendance.
- Support payroll processing.
- Handle leave management and HR documentation.
- Coordinate interviews and employee communication.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.

Accounts
- Record daily accounting entries.
- Prepare invoices and maintain billing records.
- Handle petty cash and expense tracking.
- Assist with bank reconciliation.
- Maintain purchase and sales records.




- Support GST documentation and accounting reports.
- Work with Tally ERP and MS Excel.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of HR and Accounting.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel is preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
