Role Description
The Field Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. The role involves identifying and qualifying prospective customers, conducting site visits, and presenting tailored solar energy solutions that align with client needs and budgets. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, following up on inquiries, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts to close sales. The Field Sales Executive will collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate system sizing, timely installations, and a smooth customer experience.



The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of solar products, pricing, and market trends, while consistently reporting sales activities and performance.

Qualifications
- Strong field sales and business development skills, including lead generation, customer outreach, and closing deals.
- Ability to conduct site assessments, understand basic technical aspects of solar systems, and translate them into clear customer benefits.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Positive organizational and time-management abilities to plan daily visits, manage pipelines, and meet sales targets.
- Comfort working on-site, traveling within Kozhikode and nearby regions, and engaging with residential and commercial clients.
- Prior experience in solar, renewable energy, or related industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales,
