Job Description: Marketing & Events Executive

The Circle FC is looking for a agile and execution-oriented Marketing & Events Executive to support marketing initiatives, events, ecosystem engagement, and community-building activities across the startup and innovation ecosystem. This is a coordination-focused role, ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or events, who enjoys creative communication, social media, and event execution, with a basic understanding of the startup ecosystem and innovation programs. Responsibilities:
• Support the planning and execution of startup events, networking sessions, workshops, delegations, and ecosystem programs.

• Coordinate end-to-end event activities, including communication, registrations, logistics, creative requirements, and follow-ups.

• Assist in creating marketing collateral using Canva, including social media creatives, event announcements, presentations, and promotional material.

• Coordinate social media content and support digital marketing initiatives across relevant platforms.





• Support outreach and coordination with startups, founders, ecosystem partners, incubators, accelerators, corporates, institutions, and other stakeholders.

• Assist in community engagement initiatives across startup and innovation communities through both online and offline activities.

• Prepare reports, presentations, event summaries, and stakeholder updates.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and provide operational support to ensure smooth execution of multiple ongoing initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, events, or a similar coordination role.

• Prior exposure to startup events, innovation programs, or ecosystem initiatives will be an added advantage.
