Role Description
The Relationship Manager is a full-time role based in Coimbatore with a hybrid work model, allowing a mix of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. This role involves managing and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their financing needs, and recommending appropriate loan products. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding customers through the loan application process, resolving queries, coordinating with internal teams for approvals and documentation,



and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience. The Relationship Manager will also monitor customer accounts, follow up on leads, support retention and cross-selling initiatives, and maintain accurate records in the company’s systems. The role requires consistent communication, proactive problem-solving, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications
- Solid customer relationship management and client service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term engagement.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication in English; additional local language proficiency is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of lending products, credit processes, and financial documentation; prior experience in banking, NBFCs, or fintech is preferred.
