Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced
SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) Technical Manager
with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and managing SAP Commerce (Hybris) solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise across
Commerce and Core Hybris modules
, lead development teams, drive solution architecture, and ensure successful delivery of eCommerce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, enhancement, and support of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) applications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Design scalable and high-performance eCommerce solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Manage technical delivery, code quality, performance optimization, and release management.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.




- Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root-cause analysis.
- Oversee integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems using APIs, OCC, middleware, and web services.
- Ensure adherence to security, scalability, and performance standards.
- Mentor junior developers and support team capability development.
