Role Summary





The Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process as an Individual Contributor, partnering with hiring managers to fulfil manpower requirements, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while achieving hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (non-technical positions Only).
- Understand hiring requirements and create Job Descriptions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct HR Preliminary round of interviews, and coordinate with stakeholders for the next round of interview
- Negotiate compensation, roll out offers post checking candidate's documents, and manage candidate engagement until joining.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring reports.
- Coordinate with HR Operations for onboarding and documentation.
- Build talent pipelines for critical and future positions
