Dexous Business Solutions is hiring Career Counsellors to support our client, in guiding students towards the right career and educational opportunities.

As a Career Counsellor, you will interact with students who have expressed interest through online enquiries, understand their educational background and career aspirations, provide guidance on suitable programs, and schedule counselling sessions.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy speaking with people, building relationships, and helping students make informed career decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact student enquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Understand students' educational qualifications and career aspirations.
- Explain available courses and career opportunities.
- Guide students toward suitable programs based on their interests.
- Schedule counselling appointments.
- Follow up with prospective students.
- Maintain accurate updates in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for qualified prospects.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in admissions, education, counselling, telecalling, or customer support is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Work Location: Ernakulam (Work from Office)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
