Role Description
The Field Excellence Specialist (Field) is a full-time, in office role based in Thane. This role involves visiting client locations to understand their Tally usage, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements to optimize system performance. The specialist will support clients with troubleshooting issues, resolving user queries, and ensuring smooth operation of deployed Tally solutions.
Daily tasks include conducting product demonstrations, delivering user training sessions, and documenting field feedback to help improve services and solutions. The role also requires close collaboration with internal technical and support teams to coordinate implementations, follow up on service tickets, and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess client workflows, interpret data, and recommend practical system improvements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse client teams and internal stakeholders.
