About the role:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is passionate about digital advertising and data-driven marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns and be capable of handling paid advertising across multiple platforms to generate leads, sales, app installs, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on:

• Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)

• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)





• LinkedIn Ads

• X (Twitter) Ads

• And other emerging advertising platforms

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.

Set up and manage conversion tracking using:

• Google Tag Manager (GTM)

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

• Meta Pixel

• Conversion APIs

Create media plans, budget allocations, and performance forecasts.

Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

Coordinate with creative, content, and web development teams for landing pages and ad creatives.

Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while ensuring campaign performance targets are achieved.
