Role Description
The Microbiologist will work full time on-site at the Perundurai facility, supporting laboratory and pilot-scale activities related to microbial fermentation and production of nutritional supplements and related ingredients. Daily responsibilities include designing and conducting microbiology experiments, handling and maintaining microbial cultures, performing routine laboratory assays, and monitoring fermentation processes. The role involves using and maintaining laboratory equipment, implementing quality control tests on raw materials and finished products, and documenting results in accordance with internal quality assurance procedures. The Microbiologist will collaborate with the R&D; and production teams to optimize processes, troubleshoot microbial and contamination issues, and support scale-up activities within the pi
