Job Summary

Next Cabs is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our corporate client base and build strong partnerships within the travel and transportation industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in business development, corporate sales, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire recent corporate clients and business opportunities.

• Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, hotels, tour operators, and corporate organizations.

• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and client meetings.

• Present Next Cabs' travel and transportation services to prospective clients.

• Negotiate contracts and close business deals.





• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets.

• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Corporate Sales.

• Experience in the Travel, Transportation, Logistics, Hospitality, or Service Industry is preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
