Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies to achieve targets for gym memberships, personal training sessions, nutrition counseling, and other wellness services.
- Build relationships with existing clients to retain their loyalty and upsell additional services.
- Identify recent business opportunities through networking within the fitness industry.
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns targeting potential customers.
- Analyze sales data to optimize sales performance.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in sales management or a related field (fitness & wellness preferred).
- Strong understanding of gym operations, including membership models, group classes, personal training programs, nutrition coaching, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse client base.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently over time.
