Java Technical Architect
to join our team in Bangalore. If you love solving hard engineering problems around
scale, performance, and reliability
— and enjoy being hands-on while also owning architecture — we'd love to hear from you.

Experience:
9 – 14 years

What you'll own:
- Architecting and building
low-latency, high-throughput
systems
- Driving
High-Level Design (HLD)
and
Low-Level Design (LLD)
for complex, distributed applications
- Designing robust, scalable
database schemas
(RDBMS & NoSQL)
- Building for
reliability
— fault tolerance, resiliency, and graceful degradation at scale
- Implementing strong
observability
practices — logging, metrics, tracing, and monitoring
- Staying hands-on with development, code reviews, and technical mentorship
- Collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

What we're looking for:
- Strong hands-on experience in
Java / J2EE




and related frameworks (Spring Boot, Microservices) and Cloud.
- Proven expertise in
System Design
— both HLD and LLD
- Solid understanding of
distributed systems
,
caching
, and
messaging/event-driven architectures
- Experience building and tuning systems for
low latency
and
high availability
- Solid grasp of
database design
— SQL and NoSQL
- Familiarity with
observability tools
(Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or similar)
- Passion for clean architecture, performance engineering, and continuous improvement
