? Role Overview

This is

a traditional Executive Assistant role.

We're looking for a
high-agency operator
who will act as the Founder's force multiplier—an extension of the Founder across hiring, partnerships, operations, research, and strategic execution.

You won't just manage calendars; you'll solve problems, build relationships, drive execution, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

? What You'll Own? Talent Acquisition, Networking & Headhunting (30%)
- Coordinate hiring across multiple active roles and recruitment partners.
- Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, Apollo, professional communities, and personal networks.
- Screen and shortlist candidates before founder interviews.
- Coordinate interview pipelines and support onboarding.
- Build proactiv
