Role Overview

The Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding business needs, analyzing supply chain processes, preparing functional documentation, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with business and technology teams to implement scalable solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical capabilities and prior experience in supply chain, operations, or technology-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze,



and document business requirements from stakeholders and convert them into clear functional specifications.
- Understand and analyze supply chain processes, workflows, and operational requirements to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with business users, product teams, technology teams, and operations teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and recommend improvements for business efficiency.
- Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business decision-making.
- Support requirement discussions, solution design, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
