US Truck Dispatcher

FFB Dispatch
(FFB Logistics LLC, Naples, Florida, USA) is a U.S.-based truck dispatch company serving American owner-operators and small fleets. We're hiring experienced dispatchers to manage dedicated boards of up to 8 trucks each as we scale.

What you'll do:
- Search all load boards and book freight for assigned trucks
- Negotiate rates with US freight brokers by phone confident spoken English is essential
- Vet every broker (FMCSA bond status, credit) before booking we follow a strict compliance playbook
- Present every load to the carrier for approval; complete rate confirmations, broker setup packets, and same-day POD/invoice submission
- Track loads, manage detention claims, and send weekly performance summaries
- Complete our Load File Checklist on 100% of loads quality is audited

Schedule:
Full time, 45 hrs/week within US Eastern dispatch hours (6:00 AM–7:00 PM ET, which is 3:30 PM–4:30 AM IST shifts assigned within this window). Monday–Saturday coverage rotation.

Requirements:




- 2+ year US truck dispatching experience (mandatory) DAT or Truckstop hands-on
- Fluent spoken and written English; comfortable on outbound calls with US brokers
- Reliable computer, headset, backup internet, and quiet workspace
- Integrity non-negotiables: we never double-broker, never handle carrier money, never book without carrier approval violations end the contract immediately

Compensation:
- $8.00 USD/hour
(approx. ₹1.3 lakh/month at full-time hours)
- Paid via Deel/Wise; independent contractor engagement; 30-day paid probation
- Growth path: Team Lead roles as we scale to 20+ dispatchers
