Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Performance Marketing Manager (Meta Ads) role based in Noida. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns primarily on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), aligned with client objectives in the healthcare sector.



The manager will be responsible for audience segmentation, ad copy and creative coordination, campaign setup, budget allocation, bid strategy, and continuous performance monitoring. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing campaign data, preparing performance reports, implementing A/B tests, improving conversion rates, and coordinating with design, content, and account management teams to ensure campaigns are compliant, effective, and on-brand. The role also requires staying current with platform updates, performance marketing best practices, and healthcare advertising guidelines.

Qualifications
