Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify prospective leads through field activities, referrals, digital platforms, and networking.
- Meet potential customers to understand their property requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct project presentations, property demonstrations, and site visits.
- Guide customers through the complete sales process, from inquiry to booking.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, payment processing, and customer onboarding.




- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales (Real Estate experience preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
