Legal Research and Analysis:
Conduct in-depth legal research on assigned topics, examining statutes, regulations, and case law.
Support senior attorneys in shaping legal strategies through thorough analysis.
Document Preparation:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, and briefs.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant with legal standards, and aligns with client expectations.
Client Interaction:
Communicate with clients to collect necessary information, deliver updates, and respond to inquiries.
Support senior attorneys during client meetings, interviews, and case preparations.
Courtroom Support:




Attend court hearings, trials, and depositions, offering on-site assistance as required.
Prepare and organize courtroom materials, including exhibits and filing documents.
Administrative Support:
Manage legal case files, organize documents, and maintain correspondence.
Handle scheduling, appointments, and travel logistics for attorneys as needed.
Compliance and Due Diligence:
Assist in compliance assessments and due diligence reviews.
Compile findings into reports and summaries to facilitate legal decision-making.
Case Research and Documentation:
Conduct in-depth research on TRAI regulations, precedents, and previous TDSAT rulings to support case preparation and strategy.
Assist in drafting petitions, appeals, responses, and other legal documents required for submissions to TDSAT, ensuring compliance with tribunal procedures and deadlines.
