Role Description

The Retail Store Manager at Coitonic Outfits will oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling. This full-time, on-site role in Jaipur is responsible for leading the store team, setting performance expectations, coaching employees, and scheduling staff to ensure consistent coverage.



The manager will focus on delivering excellent customer service, managing customer concerns, and driving sales through product knowledge and personalized assistance. Additional responsibilities include monitoring retail loss prevention practices, tracking store performance metrics, and implementing promotional activities in alignment with brand standards. The role also involves collaborating with regional leadership to improve store processes, maintain compliance with company policies, and create a safe, inclusive store environment.
