Credit Risk Analyst - Collections Strategy
Work Arrangement: Remote - India

About The Role
Our Credit Risk team is growing and we’re looking for a Collections Analyst to join the team in a highly critical role. By utilising your solid analytical background, you’ll be assisting organization's in expanding our use of data to make optimised decisions across our collections and arrears management activities.





With a particular focus on reviewing, analysing and reporting on arrears performance, collections strategy effectiveness and customer hardship outcomes, you’ll be leveraging your strong data visualisation and manipulation skills to help achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the wider Credit Risk and Operations teams on the continual improvement of collections and arrears management strategies using data and analytics
- Maintain and improve a suite of comprehensive collections reports and
- dashboards for senior management in order to support business objectives
- Assist in the development and maintenance of collections segmentation models,
- hardship identification tools, and contact strategy optimisation frameworks
- Monitor and analyse portfolio arrears trends, roll rates, cure rates and recovery
- performance to identify emerging risks and opportunities
- Review and update
