Roles & Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective business clients through outbound calls to promote VsnapU's professional photography and videography solutions and generate recent business opportunities.
- Understand business requirements and recommend the most suitable photography and videography packages.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings through effective sales conversations and consistent follow-ups.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients.
- Explain service offerings, pricing, packages, and promotional campaigns to prospective clients.
- Prepare and share quotations while assisting clients throughout the sales process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to maximize conversion rates.
- Achieve daily, weekly,
and monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
- Maintain accurate client records and update lead status in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth project execution and client onboarding.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and client referrals.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English & Hindi.
- Prior experience in B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Corporate Sales, Tele Sales, or Lead Generation will be preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and provide consultative sales solutions.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
