Bachan IVF Centre is hiring a Telecalling Executive with minimum 1 year experience in calling profile.
Responsibilities:
- Handle patient enquiry calls (inbound & outbound)
- Explain IVF services and guide patients professionally
- Follow up with leads and convert them into appointments
- Maintain call records and patient data
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year telecalling experience
- Good communication skills (English /Hindi required)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive and professional attitude
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
