Roles & Responsibilities
- Review and validate engineering deliverables including GA, SLD, schematics, CT/PT calculations, AC/DC calculations, GTP, TTR, and signal lists.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards such as IEC 62PHONE_NUMBER and IEC 62PHONE_NUMBER, including type and routine testing requirements.
- Support and participate in FAT/SAT activities to ensure quality and design adherence.
- Understand customer requirements and provide technically sound design solutions.
- Present, justify, and defend engineering designs during customer discussions and approvals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor, maintain, and report engineering KPIs and quality objectives.
- Drive adherence to project timelines with minimal supervision.
- Travel within India for customer meetings and drawing approvals, as required.

Candidate Profile




- Bachelors degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- 1215 years of experience in MV distribution systems with a focus on control & protection.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in MV GIS switchgear or Control & Relay Panel (CRP) engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and EPLAN for electrical drawing preparation and modification.
- Strong knowledge of substation automation systems and communication architectures.
- Solid understanding of engineering calculations (CT/PT, AC/DC systems) and documentation.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into effective engineering solutions.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Solid communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
