Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Channel Partner – Real Estate Sales role based in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying, onboarding,



and managing channel partners to promote and sell residential plots in Green City Estates’ gated community projects. The Channel Partner – Real Estate Sales professional will build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and other intermediaries, ensuring consistent lead generation and conversion through the partner network. Daily responsibilities include conducting site visits, explaining project features and legal clearances to prospects, coordinating marketing activities with partners, and supporting clients through the end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to registration. The role also includes monitoring partner performance, providing regular sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize channel strategies and meet revenue targets.
