Role & responsibilities

Sound knowledge of hospital cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization techniques.
- Good understanding of NABH standards and compliance requirements.
- Ability to prepare, implement, and periodically review departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with Nursing, Operation Theatre (OT), and other clinical departments.
- Valuable leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene, infection control, and patient safety.
- Proficiency in maintaining departmental records, checklists, and compliance documentation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office for documentation and reporting.

Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 7 years of experience in hospital housekeeping,



with experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of NABH standards, infection control practices, and hospital housekeeping operations.
- Proven experience in handling and leading housekeeping teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Willing to relocate to Sonipat or nearby areas.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in multispecialty hospitals.
