We're looking for an experienced Pattern Master with expertise in women's wear pattern making to help bring our collections to life.
Role Overview
This is a project-based chance where you'll be paid on a per-pattern basis. As our brand grows, we're looking to build a long-term relationship with the right candidate, with the role expected to transition into a full-time position.

Responsibilities
- Develop accurate first patterns from design sketches and technical specifications.
- Create production-ready patterns for women's western and Indo-western garments.
- Ensure excellent garment fit across different sizes.
- Make pattern corrections based on sampling and fit sessions.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to translate creative concepts into technically sound garments.
- Create grading specifications where required.
- Work with a variety of woven fabrics, including cottons, linens, handloom fabrics, and natural textiles.
- Suggest construction improvements that enhance fit, comfort, and manufacturability.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pattern Master specializing in women's wear.
- Strong understanding of garment construction and sewing techniques.
- Excellent knowledge of pattern development, fitting, grading, and garment finishing.
- Experience creating patterns for dresses, tops, trousers, skirts, co-ord sets, and outerwear.
- Ability to interpret design sketches and technical drawings accurately.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and meet agreed timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with premium or designer apparel brands.
- Familiarity with natural and handwov
