Role Description
The Senior Sales Engineer role is a full time hybrid position based in the Pune Division, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.



The role involves managing the sales cycle for fire protection, detection, and mechanical piping products, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and closing deals. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical guidance to customers, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting clients with system selection and design coordination in line with standards and approvals. The Senior Sales Engineer will collaborate with internal teams for pricing, logistics, and after-sales support, and will maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users. This role also involves regular field visits, market development activities, and reporting on sales performance and pipeline status.
