About the role

Triovest Finance Advisory Private Limited is looking for a Junior Financial Coach to support clients in understanding their loans, cash flow, budgeting and financial goals.

This is an entry-level, client-support position suitable for finance graduates who are interested in building a career in personal finance and financial coaching.

Responsibilities
- Conduct structured client-support and financial-information collection calls.
- Understand clients’ income, expenses, loans and financial goals.
- Help clients complete financial worksheets and submit required documents.
- Explain general concepts related to loans, EMIs, budgeting and cash-flow management.
- Maintain accurate client updates in Excel, Google Sheets or the company CRM.




- Follow up with clients regarding pending information and agreed action points.
- Escalate advanced loan, investment or financial-planning cases to senior professionals.

Eligibility
- B.Com, M.Com, BBA, BBM, MBA Finance or a related qualification.
- Freshers with a strong interest in personal finance may apply.
- Valuable communication skills in Telugu and English.
- Comfortable communicating with clients through calls, WhatsApp and Zoom.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Responsible, client-friendly and willing to learn.
- Candidates with exposure to banking, loans, financial services, customer support or relationship management will have an advantage.

Selected candidates will receive 30 days of structured training covering:
- Client communication
- Home-loan and EMI fundamentals
- Cash-flow and budgeting concepts
- Financial worksheets and reporting
- Client follow-up and support processes
