What Youll Do
- Leading the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable and reliable data center solutions that align with our business objectives.
- Managing day-to-day operations of the data center, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security of all systems and infrastructure.
- Overseeing the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, while promptly addressing any technical issues that arise.




- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data center policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conducting regular assessments of data center operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to ensure compliance with industry standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Leading and mentoring a talented team of data center professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

- A minimum of 15 years of experience in data center operations, with a solid background in the BFSI sector.
