In collaboration with the direct responsible you must assure the accurate tender and offer process of turn-key EPC contracts relating to FACTS Projects (STATCOM, FSC, Synchronous Condenser etc) to meet customer expectations in term of quality and reliability, in line with Siemens Energy profitability expectations.

You will be part of agile and cohesive team based on individual rolls & yet working for common objective.

How Youll Make an Impact
- Review the Clients Request for Quotation (RFQ)
- Coordinate offer team resources for achieving goals.
- Evaluation of tender documentation and requests of the Client
- Lead techno commercial clarifications and suggestions to the Client for optimizing offer.
- Coordinate cost analysis, prepare pricing,



and establish payment milestones, ensuring alignment of sub-supplier payment terms. Perform a cash flow analysis. Technical evaluation of suppliers offers in coordination with engineering.
- Identify cost- or time-saving opportunities within the proposal development process and implement process improvement initiatives. Complete the Risk and Opportunity Analysis process before issuing new equipment proposals, focusing on margin screens, currency risks, payment terms, cash flow, cancellation terms, and execution risks. Review pricing compliance with pre-established screens and price/scope agreements, and issue price recommendations for approval.
- Internal and external tender coordination, with Siemens Energy competency hubs and factories in India and abroad
- Works with multi-disciplinary team to deliver the offer / tender.
- Handle the commercial and technical documentation of the project, coordinating with Commercial and Lega
