We are looking for demonstrated leadership role that demonstrated a topline should be minimum of Rs. 50 crs per annum with profitable growth model.

The Business Head Advertising is responsible for leading the overall business strategy, revenue growth, and end-to-end P&L; ownership of the advertising agency division. The role requires solid expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, and traditional media (print, OOH, ATL/BTL), with a proven track record of managing large-scale client portfolios and driving consistent revenue growth.

The incumbent will be responsible for scaling business operations, managing high-value client relationships, driving integrated media strategies,



and ensuring profitability across all accounts. The role demands leadership in handling annual billings in the range of 50 Cr+ (minimum) and scaling up to 100 Cr+ business environments in competitive agency setups.

- Annual business revenue and P&L; delivery per budgets and targets agreed
- Integrated media strategies across digital, performance, and print channels
- Client acquisition, retention, and account growth plans.
- Monthly/quarterly business performance reports and forecasting
- Media ROI improvement reports and optimization strategies
- Team structure planning, capability building, and performance management
- Strategic pitch decks and winning proposals for large accounts
- Process frameworks for campaign delivery, reporting, and client servicing.

Oversee campaign performance across digital & print media
- Monitor performance marketing KPIs (ROAS, CPL, CPA)
- Review client deliverables & esc
