What will your typical day look like?
- Registration of App
- Customer greeting while receiving the customer
- Service calling
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
Lets talk about you
- Preferably a graduate degree in any domain
- Preferably 1-2 years experience in customer service profile
- Solid communication skills
- Teamwork ability and mindset
Desirable Skills (But not necessary)
- Superior listening ability
- Superior verbal communication skill (Hindi/English)
- Attend to details with a high degree of accuracy
- Adaptable and able to respond in a positive and constructive manner
