Position: Site Supervisor
Location: Silvassa / Vapi
Project: Residential Construction
Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor for residential construction projects in Silvassa/Vapi. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily site activities, coordinating with contractors and workers, and ensuring construction work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities at the residential project site.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and workers.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor construction progress and report updates to the Project Engineer/Manager.
- Check quality of civil, RCC, masonry, plastering, tiling, and finishing work.
- Manage manpower and ensure proper utilization of materials.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects,



and other project teams.
- Ensure site safety and proper housekeeping.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely solutions.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential construction projects.
- Knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, tiling, and finishing work.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Strong manpower and contractor coordination skills.
- Valuable knowledge of construction quality and safety standards.
- ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
