Experience: 5+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or Transformation Program Management, preferably within ERP, SAP, or large-scale business transformation programs.

Project: SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Business Transformation Program
Role Overview
The Project Manager / PMO Analyst will support the Lead PMO in the successful delivery of a strategic SAP ECC to S/4HANA business transformation program. The role will be responsible for project planning, governance, status reporting, risk and issue tracking, budget management, and coordination across business and IT workstreams.
The ideal candidate should possess solid project management fundamentals, hands-on experience in project planning tools, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination
- Support the Lead PMO in managing day-to-day project governance activities.
- Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans and Gantt charts.
- Monitor project milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and deliverables.
- Coordinate activities across business, IT, functional, and technical workstreams.
- Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and governance forums.
- Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
Program Governance & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
- Monitor project KPIs and provide visibility on project health.
- Support preparation of executive-level dashboards and steering committee presentations.
- Ensure compliance with project governance standards and methodology.
Budget & Financial Management
- Track project budgets, forecasts, actual expenditures, and resource cost
