We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Business Analyst for our Business Analytics Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of analytical solutions to support key business objectives for Banking Operations Analytics as part of COO (Chief Operating Office). This role requires a solid analyst with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights and fostering a data-driven culture.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Senior Business Analyst (Banking Operations Analytics) accomplishes results by contributing significantly to the banks success by focusing on data insights, storytelling, and navigating business scenarios. Acts as a crucial link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions align with business needs and deliver value. Their primary role is to improve organizational effectiveness by analyzing business processes, identifying problems, and recommending solutions.

Understanding Business Needs

Supporting Business Execution activities for Chief Operating Officer,



implement analytical solutions to manage banking operations like spend and utilization insights with contextualized metrics.

Requirements Gathering and Documentation

Responsible for documenting data requirements, data collection / processing / cleaning, and exploratory data analysis, which may include Process Automation / Optimization and data visualization techniques.

Process Analysis and Improvement

Analyzing current "as-is" business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization. They then design "to-be" processes that incorporate best practices and leverage technology.

Solution Design and Evaluation

Develop and execute the analytics strategy Data Ingestion, Reporting / Insights Centralization, expand analytic coverage, Rationalize, consolidate convert existing manual reports into dashboards to cover key KPI with actionable insights.
