Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms.
- Identify potential clients and schedule meetings to understand their event requirements.




- Present the company's services and customized event solutions to clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover after deal closure.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings to generate business.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or event sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Robust interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
