About The Role
The SAP ABAP Development Lead at Tech Data plays a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining integrated SAP solutions that support our business operations. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SAP architecture and development methodologies.



The successful candidate will collaborate closely with SAP functional teams and third-party developers to ensure that all SAP applications and modules are optimized for performance, compliance, and scalability. The role involves analyzing functional specifications, translating them into technical designs, and leading the implementation of enhancements and corrections within multi-tier computing environments. The SAP ABAP Development Lead will also be responsible for supporting SAP EWM and ECC ABAP development, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence across our SAP landscape.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess at least 10 years of relevant experience in SAP development and leadership. A proven track record as an SAP technical leader with hands-on experience in S/4HANA is essential.
