RaiZing Suzuki is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to enhance customer satisfaction by managing customer interactions, service follow-ups, feedback, and complaint resolution. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Conduct post-sales and post-service follow-up calls.
- Record customer feedback and maintain CRM data accurately.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate concerns when required.
- Schedule service appointments and send reminders to customers.
- Ensure timely closure of customer complaints.
- Maintain customer satisfaction (CSI) standards.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Parts departments for customer support.
- Prepare daily and monthly customer interaction reports.
- Support customer engagement activities and promotional campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- 0-1 years of experience in Customer Care/CRM/CRE (Automobile experience preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal communication (Hindi & English).
- Positive interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
- Knowledge of CRM software will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in an automobile dealership (Suzuki, Hero, Honda, TVS, Yamaha, etc.) is preferred.
