Placementship is hiring for a reputed consulting and qualified services firm looking for a Lead Finance & Accounts (Client Servicing). This role goes beyond traditional accounting and offers the opportunity to work as a financial consultant for a portfolio of domestic and international corporate clients.

The selected candidate will manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations, statutory compliances, payroll, MIS reporting, client interactions, and audit coordination while ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping on an accrual basis.
- Maintain General Ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Handle Accounts Payable, vendor management, invoice verification, and payment processing.
- Manage Accounts Receivable including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.

Banking & Cash Management
- Monitor banking transactions and fund flow.
- Perform Bank Reconciliations (BRS), forex reconciliations, and fixed asset register updates.




- Ensure accuracy between sub-ledgers and General Ledger.
- Prepare monthly fund requirement statements and manage cash flow.

Financial Reporting & MIS
- Execute month-end and year-end book closure.
- Prepare Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and financial schedules.
- Generate MIS reports with business insights and variance analysis.
- Present financial reports and recommendations during client review meetings.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Handle GST compliance, return filing, ITC reconciliation, and GST refunds.
- Manage TDS calculations, remittances, e-TDS filings, and advance tax computations.
- Prepare Schedule III financial statements.
- Coordinate statutory audits and resolve audit queries.

Payroll & Labour Law Compliance
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Profession Tax, Labour Laws, Gratuity, and statutory deductions.
