ey Responsibilities
- Delinquency Control: Track and control bucket-wise and DPD (Days Past Due) delinquency, heavily focusing on reducing "non-starters" (missed first EMIs).
- Field Collections & Visits: Perform direct field visits in your assigned territory to assess customer creditworthiness, collect overdue payments, and trace absconding defaulters.
- Agency Management: Allocate collection targets and monitor productivity for in-house teams and external third-party collection agencies.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure that all debt recovery efforts align with the bank’s policies and regulatory guidelines. Escalate unresolved or non-recoverable accounts to the legal team.
- Reporting & MIS: Maintain administrative data, track collection feedback daily/weekly, and report portfolio performance metrics to senior management.
