Job Description Position Project Coordinator Company Sri Balaji Cables Supergrade Licensed Electrical Contractor Job Location Bangalore, Karnataka (Site visits across Karnataka as required) Job Summary Sri Balaji Cables is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project execution through documentation, billing, material coordination, and periodic site visits. The ideal candidate should be organized, proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), and capable of coordinating with clients, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of electrical infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Documentation Prepare and maintain project documentation. Prepare invoices, delivery challans, purchase orders, work orders, and material issue records. Maintain BOQs, material reconciliation statements, GTPs, drawings, and project files. Organize and archive project documents in both physical and digital formats. Billing Prepare RA Bills, final bills, tax invoices, and supporting documents. Coordinate with clients for submission and follow-up of bills.



Maintain billing status and payment tracking reports. Assist in preparing material consumption and reconciliation statements. Project Coordination Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, transporters, and project engineers. Follow up on approvals, dispatches, inspections, and material deliveries. Track project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Assist in procurement and vendor coordination. Site Visits Visit project sites whenever required. Verify material availability and work progress. Collect measurements, photographs, and site reports. Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to resolve documentation-related issues. Reporting Prepare MIS reports and project progress reports. Update management on billing status, project progress, pending approvals, and documentation.
