Support Project lead in introduce New product, Upgrade & Refresh for respective customer segment/product platform in achieving customer delight and project QCT targets.

Focus on new initiatives for achieving Speed to market, First time right quality and EBITDA at every gate

Represent R&D; Function at organisation level CFT.

Stake holder alignment within & outside R&D; to meet Q,C,T targets

A purpose driven role for you

Purpose of role is Project planning, monitoring and controlling of all product and process development relating issues of projects (including product planning, R&D;, Production, Supplier Sourcing, Quality, and sales & marketing) from initial phase up to SOP – either internal or external projects.

A Day in the life

Should be well versed with Project management skills – Project planning, Monitoring, Control, Risk and mitigation, Conflict management,



Issue log,

Should be well versed with automobile product development cycle.

Responsible for system adherence and project stage gate review management and approval process.

Must have know how of working on PLM/CAD/MS Project

Academic Qualification & Experience

Bachelor in Engineering

6-8 years - New Product Development and Project Management / Vehicle integration/ Min 3-4 years in product development

Technical Skills/Knowledge

New product development- Key exposure to Vehicle integration, Layout and packaging, Chassis or body design development, Component, Product level testing

Project management skills- Planning, Monitoring and control, Management Reporting, Conflict and Risk management

Motorcycle architecture Understanding-

Analytical and problem solving skills- Six Sigma Green belt/ 7D

Behavioural Skills

People interpersonal skills

Positive communication skills (written and verbal)
