Main Responsibilities

Monthly Management Accounts

• Manage and support the delivery of the monthly month-end close process,

ensuring all financial activities are completed accurately, on time, and in line

with internal procedures

• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate monthly management accounts,

including supporting schedules, journals, accruals, prepayments,



and financial

analysis.

• Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations and clear aged items

regularly

• Prepare and review monthly variance analysis for revenue , gross profit and other

SGA costs as part of the monthly accounts

• Maintain a solid understanding of revenue streams and produce analysis

reports proactively

• Manage and review intercompany accounting postings

• Maintain a strong understanding of deferred income, PO write-downs, and

matching processes to support business queries

• Use SmartView and Oracle to produce reports and investigate variances

• Record the UK trial balances in Oracle (US system)

• Lead meetings with the internal audit team and review balance sheet

reconciliation processes

• Prepare, support and review the monthly and quarterly compliance documents

to the US for internal audit purposes

• Support the annual statutory audit
