Performance Marketing Specialist

What You'll Be Doing

Campaign Management
- Manage and optimise Google Ads (Search & Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Structure campaigns based on intent, funnel stage, and performance signals
- Monitor and optimise CPL, CPA, and conversion quality
- Run systematic testing on creatives, audiences, and messaging
- Maintain a weekly optimisation cadence and keep clear documentation

Analytics & Tracking
This is a core part of the role:




- Set up and validate GA4-based conversion tracking
- Configure and troubleshoot Google Tag Manager
- Implement and manage Meta Pixel & Conversion API (CAPI)
- Ensure accurate conversion attribution across platforms
- Use PostHog for funnel analysis, drop-offs, and session insights
- Validate data consistency across GA4, Google Ads, Meta, and PostHog

Reporting & Collaboration
- Prepare clear, insight-driven performance reports
- Translate data into actionable recommendations
- Coordinate with account managers, creatives, and analytics teams
- Maintain clear documentation and internal updates

What You Bring to the Table
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Robust understanding of GA4, GTM, Pixel, and CAPI
- Experience running lead generation or consultation-based funnels
- Comfort analysing data and making optimisation decisions based on it
- Strong attention to tracking accu
