Role Overview
We're looking for a Junior Customer Service Associate to join our remote team for a short-term internship. This role is a good fit for anyone who enjoys helping others and wants practical experience handling customer queries and support requests via email.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and support requests via email in a timely, professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team
- Follow communication and quality guidelines for all customer interactions
- Help identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements
What We're Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Positive typing speed and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setup
- Personal laptop and reliable internet connection
Stipend: ₹15,300/month
