What You'll Do
- Own the go-to-market strategy for new product features and launches.
- Plan and execute feature marketing campaigns across digital and owned channels.
- Identify, build, and manage partnerships that can drive user growth and engagement.
- Take ownership of projects from idea to execution with minimal supervision.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Growth, Marketing, Partnership, or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical abilities.
- Curiosity to learn, experiment, and continuously improve.
