Role Description
The Business Development Manager role at NPrep is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The individual in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with nursing colleges, hospitals, and healthcare organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting meetings and presentations, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align product offerings with market needs, tracking sales performance, and regularly reporting on business development activities. The Business Development Manager will represent NPrep at relevant events and actively contribute to the growth strategy of the company.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably in edtech, healthcare, or education services.
- Strong skills in lead generation, relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals.




- Ability to conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations to institutional and corporate clients.
- Solid understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning to identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, productivity software, and online communication platforms for managing pipelines and reporting.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet targets and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bhubaneswar and travel as required for client meetings and events.
