Senior Full Stack AI Engineer

Payrate: $9 - $14

About the Role :

We are building AI-powered SaaS products that automate business workflows, including an AI HR

platform and an AI voice platform. We are looking for a senior full stack engineer who enjoys

building products end-to-end and working closely with the founders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain new product features from concept to production.

• Develop contemporary React/TypeScript frontends.

• Build scalable backend APIs using Node.js and NestJS.

• Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases.

• Integrate third-party services such as Stripe, Google, Microsoft, CRM platforms, and AI APIs.

• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate AI-powered features into the product.

• Review code, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously improve performance and

reliability.

• Participate in technical discussions and help shape product architecture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional full stack development experience.





• Strong React and TypeScript skills.

• Strong Node.js experience (NestJS preferred).

• Experience designing REST APIs and PostgreSQL databases.

• Experience with Docker, Git, and modern development workflows.

• Basic familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI or LLM integrations.

• OpenAI APIs, LangChain/LangGraph.

• Redis, WebSockets, CI/CD, GitHub Actions.

• Experience building B2B SaaS products.

collaborating on technical decisions, and helping improve the overall quality and scalability of our

platforms
