Job Description: Quotation Executive

We are looking for a Quotation Executive to handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and support the sales team to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities: Receive and understand customer requirements via email, phone, and meetings. Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and price negotiations as per customer specs. Coordinate with sales, production, purchase, and accounts teams for pricing and delivery timelines.
Follow up with customers for quotation status, clarifications, and order closure. Maintain quotation tracker, CRM, and all documentation accurately.
Track competitor pricing and market trends to support competitive quoting. Support sales team with tender documents,



BOQs, and technical specifications.

Candidate Requirements: 6 months to 3 years experience in quotation, sales support, or estimation role. Graduate in B.Com / BBA / Engineering preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP/CRM tools.
Robust communication skills in English and Tamil. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy in pricing.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple quotations. Prior experience in Medical Devices / Manufacturing / Healthcare preferred but not mandatory

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
